Welcome to ‘H&A at Home’ BBQ chargrill menu from The Hog & Apple Food Company
Our next orders for the H&A chargrill will be for the first weekend in August. We want to support our friends who own restaurants and pubs with their reopening and reviving their businesses. You can pre-order your bbq for the 1st and 2nd of August which when the next H&A at home will run.
The focus for our chargrill BBQ package is to take all the leg work out of getting the flavours into the meats. So, using a varied range of popular bbq meats, we have done all the marinading, chargrilling, brining, smoking and grilling. All you have to do, is unwrap your BBQ package and put it in the oven for a short period of time. The result- a restaurant level bbq meal, in the comfort of your own home, come rain, wind or shine!
- Brisket- brined, smoked and and braised
- Steak- brined, sous vide, chargrilled
- Chicken- marinated, brined and Chargrilled
- Ribs- Smoked, charred
- Lamb chops- marinated, grilled
- Tomahawk- Chargrilled
Not to mention our Vegan BBQ platter
The BBQ packages will be able to order every week for the following week.
Cooking
We’ve done the hard work so the meal is cooked in the most part needing minimal effort for the finished result. We want to make this as simple as possible so reheating instructions will accompany the meal along with all allergen information.
Orders/Deadlines
Orders will need to be in by Thursday midday before the weekend of the order.
If you miss the deadline, you are welcome to email and ask to see if its still possible to place an order.
Deliveries
Currently, we will be operating two delivery runs on Saturday morning 8am – 1pm (two slots) or Sunday morning 8am -1pm. (two slots)
Delivery is currently free and contactless within 10 miles of YorkCity Centre.
Collection
If you would prefer to collect, please specify on the form. Collection is available from Unit F, Escrick Business Park on Saturday 9am-10.30am, or Sunday 9am – 10.30am.
We cover Leeds are Harrogate areas through our collection points at new craven hall in Leeds and Wharfedale grange in Harrogate. In East Yorkshire, we have a collection point at Bunny Hill wedding venue.

Allergies
Due to current restrictions, we are unable to effectively cater for all dietary requirements. However, all meals are nut free from a nut free kitchen and gluten free options maybe possible.
